Basics of Google SketchUp Pro

                                       Basics of SketchUp

This is not for the Engineers or designers, this is for people who willing to do new things.....

Three-dimensional models are always help full even if you are in a design field or not. Google SketchUp Pro allow you the ability to easily  create your own 3D models. With an easy-to-use interface and a lots of Help features, it's the best tool for beginner and intermediate designers for their designing work. 

Step 1, 

Note - When installing  Google SketchUp Pro in to Windows Operating systems you might need to install .Net framework 4.0 (anyway fallow the instructions properly ) 

To day we are going to design basic house as our first example. Run your SketchUp Pro...

Once you run the S/W below page will be appear,

                                      

Step 2, 

Then select "Rectangle" option to draw base of your house. Even you can use "Circle" also..

Step 3, 

Then Select "Offset" option, this create your home's walls.. (fallow the steps...)

                                      

Step 4, 

After that using "Line" or "Rectangle" you can partitioning your home, you can have bed rooms, bath rooms, kitchen etc... as you wished... after you complete partitioning make sure do the offset also. Now you have complete plan of your house, to get the 3D view now we have to pull your home up...

Step 5,

Then select "Pull" tool to pull your walls up.. (make sure your every walls is same height after you complete the pulling up task.)

Step 6,

So now you have a 3D view of your house, In my house i have veranda also... so try different style
for you sweet home.. You can use "Eraser" option to erase unwanted lines, but be careful when you erasing the line since it may connected with other line which you must have..

                                   
Step 7, 

This is a simple Tip for create steps for your veranda, you can draw line on the walls, then pull it side (towards you) as I have shown bellow image, you can create any number of steps as your requirement.

                                   
Step 8,

Now you have developed your Sweet home, if you don't need that girl to be appear you just can hide her by right clicking on her,
